secondhandshop.lu is a free platform where you can buy and sell used items. What makes it special: AI helps you create your listing. Upload a photo — title, description, and category are generated automatically. All you need to do is set the price.
Click "Register" in the top right and enter your email and a password.
You'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to activate your account.
In your profile, manage your avatar, name, email, and password.
Use the DE/FR/EN buttons in the top right to switch between German, French, and English at any time.
A finished listing in seconds.
Click "Create listing" and upload a clear photo of your item (max 20 MB per photo, JPG/PNG/WebP/HEIC).
AI recognizes the item and automatically suggests a title, description, and category — in your current language.
Pick the condition (New, Like new, Good, Fair, For parts) and add a short note if you want — e.g. "Unworn with tags" or "Wrong size ordered".
Set a price. Optionally check "Negotiable" if you're open to offers.
Click "Publish listing" — done. Your listing goes live immediately and is automatically translated into all 3 languages (DE/FR/EN).
Click "Browse" at the top to see all listings. Filter by category, search by keyword, or use the search bar at the top. Click a listing for details: photos, description, price, and a button to contact the seller directly.

20 categories: Fashion, Electronics, Furniture, Baby & Kids, Sports, Auto & Motorcycle, Cars, Real Estate, Watches, Jewelry, Gaming & Consoles, Hobbies, Books, Home & Garden, Bags, Crypto, Pet supplies (no live animals), Music, Movies & TV, Other.
On the Browse page you'll find filters for price, condition, and location.
Listings are automatically translated into your language. On every listing page you can switch via DE/FR/EN buttons.
If you're interested in a listing, click "Contact seller". You'll get a direct conversation with the seller. All your messages are in the top navigation under "Messages" — with a counter for unread messages.
On every listing you'll see a heart icon (♡). Click it to save the listing to your favorites. You can find them again easily later. All your favorites are in the dashboard under "Favorites".
The dashboard is your command center. Here you'll find:
Stats: active listings, views, favorites — and your current plan. Click the Plan card to compare plans.
All your listings with filters (active, draft, sold, expired). Edit, mark as sold, or delete.
All listings you've saved.
Avatar, name, password, language preference.
Three plans. The Free plan stays free forever.
For most sellers, the Free plan is plenty. If you need more listings, more photos, longer durations, or Boost features, you can later switch to Pro or Xtreme.

A Boost moves your listing to the top of search results and category lists for a week. Perfect when you want to sell quickly or give a listing fresh momentum.
Boosts are included in Pro (1× per month) and Xtreme (5× per month). Not included in the Free plan.
7 days from activation. After that, the listing returns to normal sorting — but stays online.
On your listing in the dashboard, click the Boost button. Your remaining quota is visible in the same tab.
The premium spotlight for special pieces.
A Coup de cœur (literally "favorite") is a particularly eye-catching highlight for your listing — with a special badge and a prominent spot on the homepage. Made for special pieces that deserve more attention.
Exclusive to Xtreme: 1× Coup de cœur per month.
30 days. The listing stays marked as Coup de cœur for that period.
Boost is a short visibility spike (7 days, top of lists). Coup de cœur is long-term premium placement with its own visual style.
Your data is yours. secondhandshop.lu only uses essential cookies (login, language). No Google Analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your email is only used for authentication and notifications. Payments will be handled later via Mollie — a licensed European payment institution. We never see your card details.
secondhandshop.lu can be installed like an app on your phone — without going through the App Store or Play Store.
Tap the share icon and choose "Add to Home Screen".
