Promotion period
The promotion runs from publication of this page until Aug 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Luxembourg time) — or until 200 qualified participants are reached, whichever comes first.
Participation
- Open to natural persons aged 18 or older residing in Luxembourg, Belgium, France, or Germany.
- Requires a confirmed account on secondhandshop.lu and at least 5 listings approved by the organizer.
- Listings must concern real items owned by the participant. Spam, fake listings, duplicates, or violations of our terms of use lead to disqualification.
- Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Prize
1× E-Beefer Pro worth €799. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
Draw
The draw will take place on Sept 1, 2026, among all qualified participants by random selection. The draw is conditional on reaching the minimum threshold of 200 qualified participants. If fewer than 200 qualified participants are registered by the end of the promotion, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the giveaway without replacement — in this case, the E-Beefer Pro will not be drawn.
Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email at the address registered in their account and additionally published on this page (first name and last name initial). If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize is forfeit and a new draw takes place.
Exclusion
In case of manipulation, multiple registrations, or violation of these terms, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant and reclaim the prize retroactively.
Data protection
Data collected in the context of participation is used exclusively for running the giveaway and deleted after the promotion ends, unless legal retention obligations apply.
